We ask only one thing from you: commitment!
You must be sure that you will attend the tour.
As many people want to attend our tours, our capacity is limited.
If a large group books and does not attend the tour, other interested people will be left without a place, we will have several empty slots and the activity will no longer be sustainable.
That is why we ask you for a guarantee of assistance of €10 (adults) and €5 (children up to 12 years of age).
If you think about it, the amount of this guarantee is lower than the average amount paid by any of our tour participants, so at the end of the tour you will be able to:
No, in Free Tour you will pay for a guided tour with other customers until full capacity is reached. They, not coming in a group, will simply pay at the end, while you can decide whether you want to “leave it at that” (the guarantee becomes payment), pay more or ask for a refund.

Free means “open price” and, obviously, prepaid is not.
The experience of these years has forced many Free Tours companies to take this initiative, as often large groups do not show up (nor do they give notice) and leave other travellers waiting without being able to enjoy the visit.
The prepaid mode is the commitment of assistance that we create with you: travellers who arrive at our meeting point accompanied by friends, relatives, etc…
Besides, we KNOW that you are going to enjoy the visit so much, that we assure you that if you don’t, we will refund the amount you paid, doesn’t that seem reasonable?
And of course, keep this in mind, we will do our best to make you feel that 10€ is not enough and you will want to pay more to the guide who has given you such a good experience in the city.
The amount of this guarantee will be refunded as long as your notice is given at least 48 hours before the day of the event.
Even if you do it that way, we will notice as there’s systems in place to detect it.
If the booking is not made correctly (large group guarantee in place) the guide will not let you do the tour.
